NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Union Gap City Council will conduct a public hearing.

In accordance with sections 8.12.005 and 8.25.290 of the Revised Code of Washington , the Union Gap City Council will consider an ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to file a condemnation action to acquire land, rights-of-way, and/or easements relating to the 10th Ave. S #475 Bridge Replacement Project. The Council may take final action relating to said ordinance during the meeting.

According to the tax rolls of Yakima County, the ownership and tax parcel numbers of the property affected by this proposed final action for condemnation are as follows:

The public hearing, on the proposed revisions, will be held in the Council Chambers, Union Gap Civic Campus, 102 West Ahtanum Road, Union Gap, Washington.
