NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., the Union Gap City Council will conduct their Council meeting via Zoom (see COVID-19 Public Meeting Procedures below).
COVID-19 Public Meeting Procedures: in accordance with current and ongoing proclamations by the Governor of the State of Washington, (particularly proclamation 20-28) guidance from the State Attorney General on requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act, directives from the State Health Department and Yakima Health District regarding COVID-19, the City of Union Gap has determined that Council meetings will be conducted virtually via Zoom until the Governor’s Stay at Home order has been lifted.

At approximately 6:30 p.m. the May 10, 2021 regular Council meeting will adjourn to a 45-minute Executive Session to discuss litigation, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(i) and will return to the regular meeting at 7:15 p.m. – the Council May or May Not take action after the Executive Session.
